We supported a major Swiss employee benefits institution in putting together a complex bond mandate worth over CHF 500 million as follows:

• efficiently structuring the mandate in a market neutral way through a securities takeover (cost efficient transition management)

• support in selecting a custody bank - from the evaluation stage through pricing comparisons to the signing of the contract

We advised the pension fund of a foreign company with its headquarters in Geneva on how to fine tune its investment strategy concerning:

• the structure, evaluation and integration of hedge funds into the investment strategy, including establishing the regulatory requirements under the Ordinance on Occupational Retirement, Survivors' and Disability Pension Plans

• the structure, evaluation and integration of indirect real estate investments into the investment strategy
